Bryson Gamble is a Hip-Hop artist from Harlem, New York who has endured enough struggle for a lifetime, but carries himself with the positivity of someone unscarred. Bryson has undergone 28 surgeries, he watched his father succumb to liver cancer at age 7, and he and his family were kicked out of the house when he was just 12. Despite all of this, he remains optimistic and continues to create art inspired by all that he has been through.
At just fourteen years old, Bryson began rapping, writing, and performing in his home city. In high school, he was heavily inspired by artists Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, and Jay-Z, and soon began to channel his heavy emotions and experiences into writing his own songs.
He started building his rap reputation by participating in the rap battles and cyphers that would happen in his neighborhood of Spanish Harlem. When he won his high school talent show at fifteen, young Bryson got a taste of what his future could hold.
Since 2019, Bryson Gamble has released 1 mixtape, 1 LP, 3 music videos, and plans to continue to record and release music. His motivations are simple: he wants his music to spread a message of hope and strength, and he wants to connect with the kid in the back of the room who doesn’t feel like enough. He does those things best when he is on stage performing, a place where he hopes to be again soon.
